Proposal #64 states that projects receiving Core 1 funding should open source every component related to their project. While Zeke and Noah contribute to other projects benefiting the Juno ecosystem, they spend much of their time on DAO DAO where not every component is currently open source.

This porposal cancels Zeke and Noah's vested developer grants while we work out a sensible path forward and further refinements to Proposal #64. This does not reflect on the quality of their work and we hope to continue to work with them in the future.
